Poha (Dry Rice Flakes)

Flattened rice is rice which is flattened into flat, light, dry flakes. Poha is a wholesome meal. It is a good source of carbohydrates, packed with iron, rich in fiber, a good source of antioxidants and essential vitamins and is gluten free. Rice is parboiled before flattening so that it can be consumed with very little to no cooking.
